3 Hours Before Flight Time
Arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport. Our AYUBOWAN TOURS & TRAVELS representative and transfer to hotel in Negombo will welcome clients. Check in to the hotel and relax.

After breakfast leave for Aukana to see the tallest Buddha statue of Sri Lanka. Later visit Anuradhapura, the first capital of the island dating from the 4th Century B.C. See the Sacred Bo Tree, world famous Samadhi Buddha, the remains of the Brazen Palace and rock carvings.

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for visit Mihintale, the town where Buddhism first overwhelmed the people of Sri Lanka.

After breakfast leave for Trincomalee in the east coast of Sri Lanka. Enjoy sightseeing of Trincomalee. See the Kinniya hot water springs; the Foul Point Lighthouse, an Old Dutch fort, Thirukoneswaram Temple etc. Evening relaxes at the beach. Overnight stay in Trincomalee.

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Sigiriya, the spectacular “Lion Rock” fortress which stands majestically overlooking the luscious green jungle surroundings. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site Sigiriya is one of the best-preserved examples of ancient urban planning. You can witness the beautiful elaborated landscaped water gardens which contains complex network of underground water distribution system. Enjoy the frescoes painted on the sheer rock face and Sigiriya graffiti which are poems inscribed on the rock and the most ancient texts in the Singhalese Language.
Visit Gedige at Nalanda one of the remarkable archaeological sites in Sri Lanka & enjoying the Spice garden at Matale and take part in a conducted tour to get some knowledge about the growth and use of spices in the day to day life.

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy some sightseeing such as the Temple of Tooth Relic, Royal Botanical Gardens Peradeniya.
Afterwards leave for Nuwara eliya, well known as “Little England”. Stop at the mountains covered with tea bushes and at waterfalls. Enjoy the magnificent landscape. Visit a tea factory, follow the tea trails to watch the interesting process and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Ceylon tea.

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for Ella. Visit Nine Arches Bridge. It is one of the best examples of colonial-era railway construction in the country. This bridge is 300 feet in length, 25 feet in width and 80-100 feet in height.
Trekking at Little Adam`s Peak, the Little Adam`s Peak got it`s named after it`s big brother, the holy mountain Adam`s Peak, because of the similar shape.

Breakfast at the hotel and leave for Yala. In the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari at Yala national park, which is the second largest in Sri Lanka. This would be an experience of epic proportions that brings you up, close and personal with untamed wildlife. Among its favorite residents are the world’s biggest concentration of leopards, majestic elephants, sloth bears, sambars, jackals, spotted dear, peacocks and crocodiles.

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for Colombo. Travel through Tangalle and Matara. En route at Koggala see the stilt fishermen seated on poles mounted. visit Galle Fort, Galle Fort was built first by the Portuguese, then modified by the Dutch during the 17th century. Even today, after 400 years of existence, it looks new and polished with reconstruction work done by the Archaeological Department of Sri Lanka, inside the Galle Fort which is in a Dutch Colonial building in Church Street is the Cultural Museum.
Afterwards drive for Colombo. Relax. Overnight stay in Colombo.
